HHO Plasma Streaks Recorded on the Surface of a Comet

Amazing black & white video footage of high-energy electrical discharges occurring on the surface of Comet 67P has recently been released by the European Space Agency (ESA), who have absolutely no clue as to the origin or great significance of their unusual findings:

In August 2014, the European Space Agency's Rosetta spacecraft pulled up to Comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko and studied the gritty, duck-shaped object for 2 years.

Today the ESA continues to publish new images taken by the probe, and in March it released a fresh batch of data. Many of Rosetta's photos were taken in sequence -- so Twitter user "landru79" stacked and stitched the pictures into a stunning new timelapse movie, posted Monday.

"Amazing scene from #comet #67P," the ESA tweeted about landru79's work. The video clip (below) shows roughly 25 minutes of flight past Comet 67P on June 1, 2016. The scene looks like something out of a science-fiction film:

These spectacular luminous streaks cannot be simply explained away as 'snow', but are actually HHO plasma formations streaking along the invisible pathways of infrasound standing waves.

These resonant waveforms not only surround all cometary bodies, but also envelope all lunar and planetary bodies, including Enceladus and our Earth, as documented in infrared video obtained by GOES-10 satellite on December 11-12, 2001, and defined mathematically by this author over a decade ago as the main subject of my many free ebooks.

Nikola Tesla was the first modern scientist to experience and comment upon this unusual HHO plasma phenomenon, which he witnessed in the air around him after making his greatest research breakthroughs during experimentation with wireless electrical transmission via infrasound standing waves, which culminated at his Colorado Springs laboratory in 1899:

I never had any control over the flashes of light... [that] were, perhaps, my strangest experience and inexplicable. They usually occurred when I found myself in a dangerous or distressing situation or when I was greatly exhilarated. In some instances I have seen all the air around me filled with tongues of living flame. Their intensity, instead of diminishing, increased with time and seemingly attained a maximum when I was about twenty-five years old... these luminous phenomena still manifest themselves from time to time, as when a new idea opening up possibilities strikes me...

Tesla described his first experiences with these HHO plasma flashes during childhood, connected with complex mental imagery now recognized as accessing the Akashic field, that caused him great distress and confusion:

In my boyhood I suffered from a peculiar affliction due to the appearance of images, often accompanied by strong flashes of light, which marred the sight of real objects and interfered with my thought and action. They were pictures of things and scenes which I had really seen, never of those I imagined. When a word was spoken to me the image of the object it designated would present itself vividly to my vision and sometimes I was quite unable to distinguish whether what I saw was tangible or not. This caused me great... anxiety...

My own stunning personal experiences have paralleled those of Nikola Tesla (my own previous incarnation), which I described in detail in the second chapter of my autobiography 'Tesla's Rebirth' (2009):

I see waves of resonance recurrently inundating my field of view, in darting streaks with full-spectra oscillations that move like sparks off my disc grinder when I work steel. In a low-lit room I easily meditate on breath with my eyes closed, and as my mind's dialog ceases I see complex woven patterns moving slowly and steadily across my field of vision; transparent orbs skipping by, or meandering like bioluminescent jellyfish; enveloping clouds of light that flash up from the depths of my mind like reflections off the bodies of millions of tiny fish. A throbbing hum flows perpetually like a river through my mind, the flood-level rising in the night hours to fill my awareness. At times, I feel heat rising at my crown.

The Unified Field of infrasound standing waves, represented by the ancient global Paleo-Sanskrit civilization as the sacred mandala corresponding to the quantum quadratic formula [ z_n+1 = z_n² ], first identified by this author in 2003, as illustrated in my first book 'Phi' (2008):

Perhaps the most detailed documentation of these HHO plasma streaks occurring at ground-level on Earth was recently recorded at 11:45pm on December 7, 2017 by Suzanne Bourgeois, in black & white video format by her roof-mounted home security camera in Prairieville, Louisiana:

This remarkable footage captures flashes and streaks of HHO plasma plumes in the foreground, and a giant glowing HHO plasma dome formation in the background. Stills from the Prairieville, Louisiana security camera video have been contrast enhanced for clarity:

In a fascinating parallel, Swiss UFO contactee Eduard 'Billy' Meier has also provided translations of ancient scrolls written by a scribe of the Prophet Immanuel (his previous incarnation), in which these HHO plasma flashes are also described as a spiritual guidance system of the Akashic field:

People obtain experience in the use of their powers and capabilities only by trying daily to unfold them. So long as people do not become one with Creation, they will never be able to rise above death or near-death, since fear of the unknown is in them; and only when they can fully recognize the perfection and unity of Creation can they slowly gain eminence.

Instead of being guided by instincts and impulses, people should live according to knowledge and wisdom so that they may live justly according to the laws and commandments. People shall not lose their way in the forest of limitations, but shall expand their consciousness and seek and find knowledge, logic and truth, and from it learn wisdom, so that they may come closer to their lives' goal and recognize the creative principle in all things.

Thousands of lights will guide them on their paths, if they watch and follow them. People will attain all their knowledge and wisdom, if they seriously strive for perfection. The laws serve all those who are willing to seek truth in unlimited measure and to learn wisdom from it, inasmuch as they master within themselves all possible dimensions, develop their spiritual powers higher and higher and in so doing perfect themselves.

This same phenomenon of HHO plasma flashes and streaks was first identified decades ago by community cable manager Martyn Stubbs of Vancouver, BC. Stubbs' painstaking video-editing work involved recording over 2,500 hours of live feeds of NASA space missions over a period of five years and compiling dozens of spectacular UFO events and HHO plasma flashes and streaks that occurred near or inside the NASA space shuttles:

Shortly after the release of his documentary film 'NASA Secret Transmissions: The Smoking Gun' (see HHO plasma flashes beginning @ 1:21:55) by Director Graham Birdsall in October of 2001, Martyn Stubbs received death threats from the CIA for his outstanding achievements in exposing the cover-up, and subsequently changed his name and address to avoid further harassment. After some years had passed, Martyn continued to promote his findings through his Youtube channel, where he displays a recent photograph of himself to disprove rampant conjecture that he was murdered.

Exactly replicating Stubbs' high-speed video analyses, in 2013 I was able to capture these same HHO plasma flashes surrounding the body of Javanese Mo-Pai Master John Chang during qi projection demonstrations for a fascinating BBC video documentary entitled 'Ring of Fire: East of Krakatoa' (1987).

Having experienced these rapid HHO plasma flashes myself, I have complied the most comprehensive documentation of this phenomenon, which is closely related to the rapid-fire HHO plasma formations known as red sprites. Ground-level sprites were previously recorded by a gametrail camera set up in the forest near Longview, Texas on 9/9/9, having been triggered by the bright flashing formation of HHO plasma plumes several feet in front of the camera:
