Imminent Tokyo Megaquake to be Induced by Sea-Based HAARP Platforms?

Cosmic channels and extraterrestrial informants are buzzing with incoming predictive data concerning the pattern of seaquakes and resulting tsunamis that has already destroyed several nuclear reactors in Japan, releasing vast amounts of radiation into our atmosphere in a series of explosions.
These unfolding events pose a grave danger to all life on Earth, and are being very closely monitored by advanced extraterrestrial civilizations and higher consciousness beings who occupy themselves with the oversight of nascent civilizations such as our own, currently traversing this volatile stage in the development of atomic nuclear sciences.
The artificial manipulation of ionospheric processes is now being conducted on a daily basis by the secret global military-industrial complex - a direct weaponization of the wireless free-energy technologies invented by Nikola Tesla over 100 years prior. The advanced geo-engineering capabilities of terrestrial human technology can be seen across the entire sky as iridescent plasma cloud formations (above).
Evidence for the artificial induction of the March 11, 2011 Fukushima seaquake was recorded both by ground-based and space-based instruments. The ground-based HAARP facility in Gakona, Alaska was activated 2 days prior to the magnitude 9.0 event off Sendai, Japan as revealed by the publicly available HAARP Magnetometer data (above). The 2.5 Hz ultra-low frequency broadcast from Alaska was focused onto the submerged fault-line through the coordinated efforts of various ground-based, sea-based and space-based HAARP facilities.
The ultra-low frequency broadcasts of the ground stations become amplified and focused by the mobile sea- and space-based HAARP platforms, which are precisely geopositioned in a coordinated attack designed by sophisticated wave triangulation software. By this complex means, dozens of distinct emitters are focused onto a single point in the upper atmosphere, causing the formation of rows of rainbow-colored, parallel wavelets (above) that expand into high-altitude glowing, circular plasma clouds:
A definitive infrared signature of ionospheric manipulation was documented by satellite directly above the epicenter of the March, 2011 Sendai earthquake and published in the online journal Physics ArXiv:
These circular formations of atmospheric plasma are a stunning harbinger of disaster that have been recorded on video above many megaquake events over the course of the last few years, including the 2008 Sichuan, China 7.9 earthquake and the 2010 offshore Bio-Bio, Chile 8.8 earthquake, and continue to appear in ever greater numbers of amateur videos posted to Youtube:
The artificially-generated auroral formations act as lenses that reflect the ultra-low frequency waves back toward the Earth, eventually inducing a severe earthquake directly below the plasma formation. This amateur video footage from Indonesia was posted in January of 2010, showing the spectacular plasma formation rapidly billowing upward:
The intense auroral stimulation of Earth's upper atmosphere by the coronal mass ejections of solar flares is well understood, yet the artificial induction of earthquakes by this same process is now being applied by secret US government installations. While the dozens of ground-based HAARP arrays like Gakona, Alaska have been well identified by researchers worldwide, the secret use of various similar radar installations can also be identified as weaponized wireless systems.
The US National Weather Service has secretly weaponized the Nexrad stations (above) for ultra-low frequency weather manipulation - hence the name 'next generation radar' - and has unleashed hundreds of tornadoes and severe storm cells in the past year that have torn through many areas of the midwest US, leaving wide swathes of destruction in Oklahoma and Missouri.
The 'meteorological radar' cover story for weather-manipulation technologies has also been extended to the genocidal use of sea-based platforms that are falsely identified as missile defense radar stations. In fact, these facilities are giant mobile HAARP platforms designed to focus several arrays of microwave antennae receivers/emitters onto a single spot in the sky for earthquake induction by ionospheric lensing:
The gigantic proportions of these sea-based HAARP platforms match the massive $900 million cost of each - billed to the US taxpayers, of course. So, how many of these ionospheric manipulation behemoths are presently maneuvering into coordinated attack positions all over the globe?
Not only are the active locations of these sea-based HAARP attack platforms kept absolutely secret, but even the directional orientation of the various arrays are secretively shielded from satellite observation by giant white radomes - otherwise the targeted regions could be deduced. One look at the humungous inner rotary antennae array, with its capability for skyward angle-adjustment (below, right), immediately brings to mind the large wireless power transmission antennae invented by Nikola Tesla over 120 years ago (below, left):
A lengthy series of deathbed confessions by Nazi/CIA espionage agent Otto Skorzeny in 1999, detailed the Nazi assassination of Tesla in 1943, after the theft of his various secret inventions which included the earthquake induction technology that has become weaponized today as the HAARP Project.
Skorzeny revealed the secret Nazi takeover of America during World War II involved the strategic assassination of Tesla in '43, the subsequent construction of his anti-gravity aircraft with plasma-cloaking invisibility technology as the US Stealth program, and the creation of the Office of Special Services (OSS). The OSS later became the CIA, and acted as a placement agency for the secret transfer of thousands of Nazi scientists and engineers into US black projects.
The earthquake induction technology stolen from Tesla was later patented by Eastlund-ARCO and further developed by Nazi/CIA scientists, whose work has culminated in the production of the immense Sea-Based X-Band Radar platforms. Methods for manipulation of the ionosphere have incorporated the findings of solar physics to determine how best to focus the erratic fluctuations of ultra-low frequency stimulation of the upper atmosphere caused by solar electromagnetic storms.
The resulting confluence of natural and artificially induced geophysical events has initiated the catastrophic atmospheric contamination of radioactive isotopes - an inevitability that was exactly predicted and described years ago in various contexts that have a well-documented record of accuracy that far exceeds all others.
The most outspoken and accurate prophet of our time, Swiss contactee Eduard "Billy" Meier has explicitly predicted and informed humanity of the insanity of nuclear atomic power stations in accordance with the advanced knowledge of the extraterrestrial Plejaren civilization, who themselves survived an atomic catastrophe of their own many thousands of years ago.
Comprehensive information regarding the resonant Earth changes connected with the dramatic events of December 21, 2012 were provided to Eduard and subsequently disseminated to the terrestrial public. Meier reports that solar flares threaten imminent disaster for all Earth electronics including nuclear reactors, during his 515th contact with the Plejaren visitors on March 7, 2011, just days before the megaquake and tsunami that destroyed the Fukushima nuclear reactors:
Billy: ...But that which interests me now relates to our Sun, its eruptions, the dark spots on the surface of the Sun, the magnetic field, the plasma vortex and energy mass, and the size in proportion to all planets and moons, and so forth, and everything of significance all around. I am especially interested in regard to the next year in which the Sun's 11 year cycle of activity again occurs which, under certain circumstances, can lead to massive electromagnetic disturbances on the Earth, and in its outer realm of influence. If you can just say something general in a language understandable for us laypersons, about, for example, what occurred in recent years, what is happening presently and what can result in the coming time?
Ptaah: ...The Sun lives and hurls its monstrous energies out into its area of the system, even if it is a dying star which presently drifts in a phase of lesser activity. If the new, high phase of activity comes, which is to be expected immediately and in the next year, then it can be monstrously big and can cause very much damage in regard to nature and the human electronic technological advances. Basically, violent plasma eruptions should have already been occurring for a long time, yet since the activity has, so to speak, dropped to a minimum, greater outbreaks have not occurred up to this point, but, with the new activity which is ahead, they can now be very enormous...
The dark sunspots which are surrounded by giant, funnel-shaped magnetic field line loops - which transport hot gas and plasma - show the actual magnetic streams of the Sun. If particularly big energy outbreaks occur, then the magnetic field lines and the plasma free themselves from the Sun and shoot away from it. The plasma loops thereby reach, as magnetic energy, up to 100,000 kilometers in length and breadth if they break forth from the Sun, whereby giant dark zones then also come about on the Sun's surface. If more dark sunspots come about, then that results from the fact that magnetic field lines are increasingly breaking through the Sun's surface. Therefore the stronger the magnetic field, the more dark sunspots manifest. If, on the other hand, it is weaker, fewer dark spots occur...
Now, what occurs with the upheaval of the cycle this time is still inconclusive, yet it can be said that it can come to an inferno, if cosmic magnetic bows break through and all the Earth human being's electronic technological advances on Earth and in the Earth's orbit are thereby paralyzed. The current electronic technology and thereby also the entirety of the electronics on the Earth is extremely sensitive in regard to storms on the Sun and other cosmic radiation; consequently everything can collapse if strong sun-storm eruptions send their energies to Earth and induce storms of electrons on Earth. These induce electric currents as a result of which enormous numbers of electrical - and therefore, also electromagnetic - apparatuses and devices of all kinds can be made inoperable just as can atomic and electric power plants as well as other plants, machines and vehicles, and so forth, which are in any way associated with electrical energy.
If something happens in this form then the whole thing is absolutely not harmless, because if such harmful consequences arise, then not only do large parts of the economy and medical care, as well as drinking water supply, collapse, but also the production and necessary transport of food stuffs, as well as general security measures against plundering. Not to mention that, in regard to all Earth human advances, a setback in development could result and damage could generally come about in all areas, which would take decades to rectify again. The Earth human beings and their governments would also come to the brink of financial ruin, which means that they would become incapable of payment concerning being able to generally address and rectify the damage which had arisen. Criminality and wrongdoing would also climb, along with many other evils, which would be incalculable.

In fact, this disturbing solar influence on terrestrial electronics has already been identified in hundreds of anomalous events that have been linked together and defined by this author as an effect of infrasound standing wave resonance that focuses and redistributes the magnetic shockwaves of solar flares that impact our planet.
This infrasound resonance has acoustically induced piezoelectric fires by generating electrical surges in home furnishings, electronics and appliances in the exact manner described by Meier and his extraterrestrial contactors. Such unusual fires have been witnessed and reported in hundreds of separate cases worldwide.

In the days following the Fukushima nuclear disaster, during the 516th contact of March 14th, 2011, Ptaah addressed this same complex issue of the great vulnerability of all terrestrial technologies to electromagnetic surges of cosmic origin:
Ptaah: Seaquakes give rise to faults in the ocean floor and movements of water which form into simple or manifold tsunamis and evoke much worse destruction than earthquakes, which are geared towards mere destructions caused by tremors, fissures in the earth and superficial cracks and by the ground shifting. Seaquakes therefore correspond to a completely different form than earthquakes...
[I]n regard to the atomic power plants... right from the beginning when the first power plant of this kind was built, no safety at all was provided and it was completely irresponsibly dealt with. There can never be absolute safety provided for atomic power plants, as we know from our own experience when our forefathers used the same unsafe technology for obtaining energy, whereby it was very much more developed than is the case with the current terrestrial atomic technology.
Such atomic power plants, often with several reactors, were operated until an unparalleled nuclear disaster occurred worldwide, when, as a result of malfunctions resulting from unexpected, external, cosmic influences, a great number of reactors burst, which claimed the lives of more than 48 million human beings. Something on the same, or similar, scale can also happen on the Earth, because atomic reactors can never be so controlled that no accident or mishap can occur. There are, in fact, sooner or later, always influences which lead to a smaller or greater catastrophe. If nothing of the kind happens then one can talk of pure luck.
With our forefathers, a new energy-obtaining technology, which could absolutely guarantee safety, was only created after a worldwide catastrophe was caused by bursting atomic reactors - as a result of which gigantic areas were contaminated with nuclear radiation for a very long time. In regard to an atomic power plant technology which could prevent all disturbance of any dangerous kind from coming about as a result of any influences, there is no guarantee, because too many factors exist in this relationship, meaning that a destructive malfunction, and thereby a catastrophe, can arise. The greatest danger of all is formed by unpredictable human failures in regard to careless technical faults as well as cosmic influences, as with dangerous destructive radiations which issue from the solar structures. Meteorites are also factors which can trigger a destruction of nuclear power plants and their atomic reactors...
And if all atomic power plants worldwide, with their atomic reactors, are not put out of operation and dismantled, then it is only a question of time before a big and worldwide atomic catastrophe breaks out over the Earth and the terrestrial humanity, which can then cost millions of human lives.
The over 430 atomic nuclear reactors now in operation worldwide will inevitably contaminate their entire surroundings for long periods of time, promising high concentrations of radioactivity throughout the northern hemisphere before spreading worldwide. The devastated reactors at Fukushima are just the first to be destroyed in a string of inevitable nuclear explosions that will continue until every single atomic power plant is in complete meltdown, spewing radioactive particles into the atmosphere.
The March 11, 2011 seaquake near Fukushima shifted the balance of the tectonic plates, thereby increasing pressure on the Tokyo fault line to the south, as reported by mainstream news sources. So, is the stage set in Tokyo for the next big global catastrophe?
Eduard Meier has a spotless record of predicting hundreds of specific events, published many years before they occurred, and is on record as stating Tokyo will be destroyed by the now-familiar megaquake/tsunami combo. Decades before the Fukushima event, Meier had transmitted a dire prediction in poetic form concerning a devastating earthquake in Japan. During the 115th contact of October 19th, 1978, Semjase quoted a portion of an ancient prophetic poem that contained this brief prediction, among many others:
Also the land with the cherry blossom becomes shaken, and the city at the fault becomes totally buried.
This is undoubtedly a predictive reference to Tokyo, Japan, the city at the fault in the land of the cherry blossom, being shaken by a great earthquake before being buried in the debris of a large tsunami. The explicit warnings of Semjase and Eduard Meier could not be more clear, and cannot be taken lightly after the recent Fukushima events.
Other cosmic informants with a spotless record of predictive data have provided a quite similar prediction in other terms, to other dedicated individuals also working in consciousness for the benefit of humanity. Corroborating research data obtained by Laura Knight-Jadzcyk through an ongoing series of profound channeling sessions with higher selves, called the Cassiopaea Experiment, provided specific predictive information concerning future events.
The first indication from the Cassiopaeans came during the session of July 16th, 1994 in a slew of accurate predictions including the remark: "Japan buckles". A further line of questioning on the subject of future Japanese earthquakes during a session on October 5th, 1994, involved data concerning a specific timeline of 14 earthquake events in series.
This detailed information given by the Cassiopaeans has been proven accurate in every one of the first 12 earthquake events that have yet come to pass, as recently reported by Harrison Koehli, Signs-of-the-Times analyst:
And of course, Japan 'buckled' on 11 March 2011 when a magnitude 9.0 earthquake (upgraded from an original estimate of 8.9) killed just under 16,000 people. It was one of the five largest earthquakes in seismic record-keeping history, causing 10-metre-high tsunami waves and resulting in the total meltdown of three nuclear reactors at Fukushima. This quake seems to have been predicted by the Cs in another session as well, and in more detail. Here's what the Cs had to say on 5 October 1994:
Q: (L) We would also like to have more information on Earth Changes. Is the Japanese earthquake that just happened as you predicted last week, the last of the Japanese problem? {An entire session had been lost due to tape malfunction. It consisted in part of a prediction of an almost immediate Japanese earthquake, which did occur exactly as predicted.}
A: No.
Q: (L) Can you give us more on that?
A: There will be activity about 8.9: 67 miles off Osaka coast; 9.7: central Tokyo.
Q: (L) Are all of these going to happen within this year?
A: No. Within 16 years.
The Japanese quake occurred 16 years and 5 months after this prediction, although its location was not 67 miles off the coast of Osaka. However, in 1994, and up until the quake in 2011, a magnitude of 8.9 or 9.0 was unprecedented for Japan. The Cs expanded on their predictions for Japan on 21 January 1995:
Q: (T) So this [Japanese earthquake on 17 January 1995] was not the quake that you predicted - the 8.9 - this was a 7.2, but it was miles distance from Osaka almost right on the money, but this was not the quake that you predicted? (J) There's going to be another one coming?
A: Yes 14 more this sequence. {...}
Q: (T) This is one in a sequence of earthquakes that are going to culminate in the 8.9?
A: 9 pt 6.
Q: (T) In Osaka, near Osaka?
A: Tokyo.
Q: Okay, that's the one you talked about, then a 9.6, that's going to be the culmination of the quakes in this [sequence]. This is only the third or fourth in a sequential series and the 8.9 that's going to hit them hasn't happened yet.
A: 7th.
Q: (T) This is the seventh earthquake?
A: Yes.
Q: (T) 7.2 was the seventh earthquake, there's going to be fourteen of them, is that what you said before?
A: Yes.
Q: (J) So there's seven more coming? (T) So the fourteenth one will be the big one, in Tokyo?
A: 13th.
Q: (T) Okay, the thirteenth is going to be the 9.6 and I think the other prediction was 9.8, they're close. That'll be the thirteenth. What will be the 8.9, which one of those will be the Osaka 8.9?
A: Within next 4 [in the sequence?].
Q: (T) What will the fourteenth be?
A: Small.
If we only consider the quakes that caused a significant number of deaths (>1) since that time, and if the quake referred to above was the seventh in a series of fourteen, then there is a perfect match with the prediction so far:

14) ? (small)Additionally, the physical stress of the actual earthquake was not the only thing to 'buckle' Japan. The Fukushima meltdowns and subsequent fallout continue to threaten the health of the region's inhabitants, and residents are confused and furious.
The current series of powerful earthquakes in Japan is likely to culminate during the coming months in a massive 9.6 megaquake and tsunami that will devastate the coastal city of Tokyo, leaving it buried in radioactive rubble. The next several X-Class solar flares that strike the Earth threaten to release the constantly building tectonic stress along the Tokyo region of the Japanese coastal fault line, compounding the catastrophic contamination of nuclear reactors already in total meltdown.
Genocidal applications of the upper atmospheric auroral manipulation technologies stolen from Nikola Tesla by the Nazi's must be monitored and identified by the international scientific community, as in the induced Fukushima seaquake, and directly linked with the specific geopositions and emissions of the various Sea-Based X-Band Radar platforms now roaming the oceans.
